The practice brings more than twenty years of experience across business, entertainment, media, and intellectual property law. That work spans music, television, film, internet technology, social media, direct sales, and federal regulatory compliance, advising producers and songwriters, recording artists, radio and television personalities, entrepreneurs, executives, direct sales companies, and private investors on the agreements behind their work.
Much of that experience comes from senior in house roles as well as private practice. It shapes how the practice approaches outside counsel work: the business objective comes first, and the legal analysis serves it.

You work directly with the Universal Law Group attorney handling your matter. Scope and cost are agreed before the work starts, so the invoice never arrives as a surprise.
